2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one account on the vg333 platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same name, different names, different mobile numbers, or different payment methods, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all accounts involved and the forfeiture of any associated balances and bonuses.

Account Credentials

Account Closure by Player

Account Suspension by vg333

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the vg333 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). vg333 supports deposits and withdrawals via major Bangladesh mobile banking services and bank transfers. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

Deposit Methods and Processing
Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer to major Bangladesh banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Deposits via mobile banking methods are credited to the player account instantly upon confirmation of payment. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon receipt of cleared funds, which may take one to three business days depending on the bank.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for the player's most recent verified deposit, or to an alternative verified method where the original method is unavailable. Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. vg333 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
Withdrawal Processing Times
Withdrawal requests for fully verified accounts are typically processed within minutes for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule. vg333 does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays attributable to the receiving bank or payment provider.
Player Funds
All player funds deposited into a vg333 account are held separately from vg333 operational funds. vg333 does not use player funds for any operational purpose. Player funds remain the property of the depositing player and are returnable upon verified withdrawal request, subject to any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds and compliance with these Terms.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

vg333 offers a welcome bonus and various ongoing promotions to eligible players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is presented, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between offer-specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific offer terms. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times using eligible games before any withdrawal of the resulting balance is permitted. Bonus Abuse
vg333 reserves the right to withdraw bonus funds, reverse associated winnings, and close the account of any player found to be abusing the bonus system. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, exploiting a technical error to generate unintended bonus credits, using bonus funds in a manner that constitutes low-risk wagering designed to meet requirements without genuine gameplay, and coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.
Expiry of Bonus Funds
Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the offer terms will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account without replacement. vg333 is not obligated to provide prior notification of bonus expiry, though the Platform may send reminder communications at its discretion.
Right to Withdraw Offers
vg333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Modifications will not affect bonus funds already credited to a player's account prior to the date of modification, provided that the player has not already been notified of a change to the applicable terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vg333 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of your balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

  • Registering more than one account on the vg333 platform, whether using the same or different personal details.
  • Using any software, automated tool, bot, script, or algorithm to interact with vg333 games, odds feeds, or Cashier functions in a manner not intended for human players.

7. Responsible Gaming

Time-Out and Self-Exclusion

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vg333 shall not be liable to any player for any of the following types of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise:
